We Are Voice does not have a formal "pause" feature for group subscriptions. Pausing means cancelling your subscription and restarting it later — your group, members, and all data are preserved when you do this.
What happens when you cancel
- The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- A final invoice is issued at the end of the period covering any outstanding usage.
- After the period ends, group members lose access to the music library.
- The group itself, all its members, playlists, and settings are kept intact.
- No charges are made while the subscription is inactive.
How to cancel your group subscription
- Sign in at https://web.wearevoice.se.
- Open your group in My library.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
> Note: The Subscriptions tab is only visible to group Administrators.
- Click Cancel subscription next to the active plan.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The subscription will show an end date — members keep access until that date.
How to restart after a pause
When you're ready to use We Are Voice again, simply buy a new group plan. All your existing members and group content will be available immediately.
- Sign in at https://web.wearevoice.se.
- Open your group in My library.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click Buy group plan and complete the purchase.
All members regain access as soon as the new plan is active.
Reactivating before the period ends
If you cancelled but change your mind before the current billing period is over, you can reactivate without a gap in service:
- Go to the Subscriptions tab in your group.
- Click Reactivate subscription.
- Confirm.
This restores automatic renewal from the same plan.
