> Web only: Uploading and managing your own titles is available in the web app.
The Titles tab in My Library is where you upload and manage your own score files and audio tracks. You can add uploaded titles to your personal playlists or, as a group Administrator, to a group's repertoire.
> Note: A Premium subscription (or the My Player feature) is required to create and upload titles.
How to open My titles
- Click My library in the main navigation.
- Select the Titles tab.
Creating a title
- Click the Create a new title card.
- Enter a title name and an optional description.
- Click Create.
You are taken to the media editing page where you can upload a score and audio tracks.
Uploading a score
In the Score/Text section, drag and drop a PDF file onto the upload area, or click it to choose a file from your device.
Uploading audio tracks
In the New audio track section, upload WAV, AAC, or MP3 files. Assign each track an audio type (e.g. Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) so members know which voice part it belongs to.
Audio files are encoded after upload β the status updates from Queued for encoding to Finished processing when ready.
Activating and inactivating a title
A newly created title starts as a Draft. Once you have added media, click Activate to make it accessible. To temporarily hide a title without deleting it, click Inactivate.
Adding a title to a group playlist
If you are an Administrator of a group, you can add your own titles to the group's repertoire playlists.
- Make sure the title has been created and activated.
- Go to My library β Titles and find the title.
- Click the β― (three-dot menu) on the title.
- Select the group playlist to add it to.
The title then appears in the group's repertoire and is accessible to all members.
Editing a title
Click a title in the list to open its detail page. From there you can update the name and description, and manage audio tracks and the score.
Deleting a title
Open a title, scroll to the bottom, click Delete title, and confirm. This permanently removes the title and all its associated files.
Tips
- If you no longer want a title visible but do not want to delete it, inactivate it instead.
- Personal titles are only visible to you until you add them to a group playlist.
