Subscriptions

> Web only: Personal subscription management is available in the web app.

The Subscriptions tab in your Profile shows your active plans, payment method, and payment history. You can manage, cancel, or reactivate subscriptions from here.

How to open Subscriptions

  1. Go to Profile in the main navigation.
  2. Select the Subscriptions tab.

Your subscriptions

Each subscription is shown as a card with the plan name and its current status:

  • Until further notice β€” renews automatically with no set end date.
  • Renewed [date] β€” will renew on the date shown.
  • Ends [date] β€” cancelled; remains active until the date shown.
  • Trial β€” you are in a free trial period.
  • Paid via invoice β€” billed by invoice rather than by card.

If you have no active subscriptions, a Buy subscription button is shown instead.

Managing a subscription

Click Manage on a subscription card to expand the available actions.

Change subscription

Click Change subscription to browse available plans and switch to a different one.

Redeem discount code

Click Redeem discount code, enter the code in the field, and click Redeem.

Cancel subscription

Click Cancel subscription. A confirmation dialog shows the date access will end. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Close to go back.

Reactivate subscription

If a subscription has been cancelled but has not yet expired, click Reactivate subscription. A confirmation dialog shows your current payment method. Click Reactivate subscription to confirm.

Group subscriptions

If one of your groups has granted you a Premium subscription, you will see: "You have a Premium subscription via one of your groups." Group subscriptions cannot be managed from your personal profile β€” contact your group administrator for changes.

Payment method

The Account details section below your subscriptions shows your current payment method. Click Change payment method to update it, add your new payment details, and click Save new payment method.

Payment history

Your recent payments are listed at the bottom of the page, including date, amount, currency, and status. Statuses include: Paid, Pending, Not paid, and Failed. Click a payment to open its receipt.

Tips

  • Cancelling a subscription does not remove access immediately β€” you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Reactivating restores automatic renewal without any interruption to your access.
