> Web only: Country settings are managed from the web app.
Your country determines which subscription plans, pricing, and content are available to you. It is set automatically when you sign up.
For most users the country field is read-only β it was set at sign-up. In the rare case that no country was recorded, you can set it yourself from your Profile.
> Important: The country can only be set once and cannot be changed on your own afterwards. Contact We Are Voice support if you need to update it.
How to set your country (if not already set)
- Go to Profile in the main navigation.
- Find the Country field in your contact information.
- Click Change next to the Country field.
- On the Edit country page, select your country from the dropdown list.
- Click Save changes.
You are returned to your Profile automatically once the country is saved.
If your country is already set
The Edit country page will show the current country as read-only. To update it, contact We Are Voice support.
Tips
- Choose your country carefully β it affects your available plans, pricing, and currency and can only be set once.
- Clicking Cancel makes no changes and returns you to your Profile.
