Signing in and resetting your password

We Are Voice supports two sign-in methods: email and password, or Apple Sign In. This article helps you get back in when you've forgotten your password or can't access your account.

Forgot your password?

On web

  1. Go to https://web.wearevoice.se and click Sign in.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the link inside it.

On mobile

  1. Open the app and tap Sign in.
  2. Tap Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the link inside it.

> Note: Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes. The link expires after a short time β€” request a new one if needed.

Signed up with Apple Sign In?

If you created your account by tapping Continue with Apple, you do not have a We Are Voice password. Entering your email address and guessing a password will not work.

  1. On the sign-in screen, scroll past the email and password fields.
  2. Tap or click Continue with Apple.
  3. Authenticate with your Apple ID as usual.

> Important: If you've tried signing in with email/password multiple times without success, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes before trying again.

Can't find your account?

If the password reset email never arrives, you may be signing in with a different email address than the one used to register.

  • Check whether you have another email address your account might be registered under.
  • If you access We Are Voice through a group (such as a choir), your account may be linked to a work or organisation email β€” try that address.
  • Contact https://wearevoice.se/about if you still can't locate your account.

App crashes or shows an error on sign-in

If the app closes immediately or shows an error message when you sign in:

  1. Check that you have the latest version of the app installed and update if needed.
  2. Try signing in at https://web.wearevoice.se in a browser to confirm your account is working.
  3. Reinstall the app if the problem persists.
