The Settings tab is only accessible to Administrators. It controls feed posting permissions, group visibility, and contains the option to permanently delete the group.
Opening Settings
> On mobile: > 1. Go to the Groups tab and make sure the correct group is active. > 2. Tap Settings in the sub-navigation bar.
> On web: > 1. Click My library in the top navigation, then click the Groups tab. > 2. Click your group's name. > 3. Click the Settings tab.
Only admins can post
When on, only Administrators can publish new posts to the group feed. Members and Choirmasters can still read and react to existing posts but cannot create new ones.
When off (default), all members can post to the feed.
Changes take effect immediately — no save step required.
Visible in search
When on (default), the group appears in public search results and group listings, making it discoverable by anyone.
When off, the group is hidden from listings and search. Only people with a direct invitation link can find and join the group.
Changes take effect immediately.
Editing the group profile
Group name, description, contact email, cover image, and location are managed from the About tab — not from Settings. See About for instructions.
Deleting the group (Administrators only)
> Warning: Deleting a group is permanent and cannot be undone. All playlists, posts, and member records are removed.
The group cannot be deleted if it has an active subscription — cancel the subscription first.
> On web: > 1. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. > 2. Click Delete group. > 3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
> On mobile: > 1. Scroll to the Danger zone section in Settings. > 2. Tap Delete group. > 3. Confirm in the first alert, then confirm again in the second alert.
After deletion, if you belong to other groups you are switched to one of them automatically. If not, you are taken to the empty Groups screen.
Tips
- To temporarily stop new members from joining without deleting the group, turn off the Visible in search toggle.
- Only group deletion is permanent — the other settings can be changed at any time.
