A Group Premium plan gives every member of your choir or ensemble full access to We Are Voice — all managed and paid for by the group Administrator, with no individual subscriptions required.
Overview
If you run or manage a choir, a Group Premium plan is the most practical way to give the whole ensemble access to the music library. You purchase one subscription that covers the entire group. Every member instantly gets the same access as an Individual Premium subscriber — without having to sign up for or pay for their own plan.
What is included
Premium access for every member
Once the group plan is active, every member of the group can play audio tracks, follow along with scores, and use the full voice-track mixer to focus on their own part. Access is immediate — as soon as the purchase is complete, all members are in.
Shared Repertoire playlists
Administrators can create shared playlists for the group — the group's Repertoire. All members can see and play from them. Use the Repertoire to organise the choir's current programme, share new pieces ahead of rehearsals, or keep an archive of music the group has worked on together.
Group discoverability
With an active group plan, your group appears in the public We Are Voice search results. People looking for a choir to join can find your group and send a join request directly from the app.
Centralised billing
One invoice covers the whole group. As Administrator you manage everything — the subscription tier, billing details, and payment method — from the group's Subscriptions tab. Individual members have no billing responsibility.
Plans are available on a monthly or 6-month basis, with no binding period on either. If your group grows, the extra members are added to the next invoice automatically — you do not need to manually adjust the plan.
Who should get a group plan?
A Group Premium plan is the right choice if:
- You want the whole choir to have access without each person managing their own subscription.
- You want to use shared Repertoire playlists visible to all members.
- You want the group to be discoverable so new members can find you in search.
- You want centralised billing — one invoice, one payment method, managed by the Administrator.
If you are an individual musician practising on your own, see Individual Premium plan.
Tips
- Members who already have their own Individual Premium plan do not need to cancel it — the group plan works alongside individual plans.
- If the group plan ends, all members lose playback access at the same time. Make sure the subscription is renewed before it expires.
- If a member cannot access premium content after the plan was purchased, check that their membership is approved (not still pending).
- Billing details and invoices are managed in the group's Subscriptions tab — only Administrators can access this.
