Group playlists are shared music collections curated by the group's Administrators. All members can browse and play from them.
> Feature note: Creating playlists requires the Repertoire feature on the group's subscription plan. If it is not included, you will see a feature upgrade prompt when trying to create a playlist. Contact your group Administrator or check the Subscriptions tab for details.
Viewing playlists
> On mobile: > 1. Go to the Groups tab with your group active. > 2. Tap Playlists in the sub-navigation bar. > 3. Tap any playlist to open it.
> On web: > 1. Click My library in the top navigation, then click the Groups tab. > 2. Click your group's name. > 3. Click the Repertoire tab. > 4. Click a playlist card to open it.
Playing a song
- Open a playlist and tap or click a song to start playback.
- Use the player controls to play, pause, and adjust volume.
Members need a Premium subscription to play full arrangements. Administrators can purchase a group plan from the Subscriptions tab to cover all members.
Creating a playlist (Administrators only)
> On mobile: > 1. In Playlists, tap the + button in the top-right corner. > 2. Fill in the playlist name (required), optional description, and cover image. > 3. Tap Create playlist.
> On web: > 1. In the Repertoire tab, click New playlist. > 2. Enter a name and optional description. > 3. Click Save playlist.
Adding music to a playlist (Administrators only)
From inside the playlist
Open the playlist and tap or click Add song or the + button. Browse or search for content and select it to add.
From Explore
Go to Explore and search for a title. Click or tap the three-dot menu on the title and select the group playlist you want to add it to.
From your own uploaded titles
> Web only: In My library β Titles, click the three-dot menu on a title and select the group playlist. The title must be activated before it can be added β see My titles.
Editing a playlist (Administrators only)
Open the playlist and tap or click the β― menu or Edit button. Update the name, description, or cover image and save.
Reordering songs (Administrators only)
> On mobile: Open the playlist and tap Edit order, then press and hold the β‘ handle next to a song and drag it to the new position. Tap Done when finished.
> On web: Drag the handles in the playlist editor to reorder songs, then save.
Deleting a playlist (Administrators only)
Deleting a playlist removes it permanently. The songs and arrangements it contained are not deleted β only the playlist container is removed.
> On mobile: Open the playlist and tap β― β Delete playlist. Confirm the deletion.
> On web: Click β― or Edit on the playlist card or inside the playlist. Click Delete and confirm.
