You can always search and browse arrangement titles in We Are Voice — a subscription is not required for that. A subscription unlocks audio playback and access to scores and lyrics. If an arrangement has disappeared from search results entirely, it has likely been removed from the catalogue.
You can search but can't play or view the score
This is expected behaviour without an active subscription. Free accounts can browse and read details about any arrangement, but playing audio or opening the score requires a Premium subscription.
To get full access:
- On web: Go to Profile → Subscriptions and click Buy subscription.
- On mobile, subscription purchases are made at https://web.wearevoice.se in a browser.
If you had access before and it has stopped working, check whether your subscription is still active — see Subscriptions.
Your access came through a group and has stopped
If a choir administrator purchased a group subscription on your behalf, check that the group plan is still active. When a group subscription ends, all members lose playback access at the same time.
Open your group in My library — if the subscription has lapsed, the group administrator will need to renew it. See Group subscriptions.
An arrangement has completely disappeared from search
If an arrangement is no longer findable in search at all, it has been removed from the We Are Voice catalogue. This happens when:
- The copyright licence for the recording has expired or been withdrawn.
- The arrangement has been taken down at the rights holder's request.
- The title has been replaced by an updated version under a different name.
We Are Voice cannot restore removed arrangements. If you believe a removal was made in error, contact We Are Voice support with the arrangement name.
