Offline

> Mobile only: Offline storage settings are only available in the mobile app.

Manage the storage space used by downloaded arrangements and cached files. Downloading arrangements in advance lets you practise and play them without an internet connection.

How to open Offline settings

  1. Open the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap Offline in the menu.

Storage usage

The Offline Storage Usage section shows how much space is currently used by your downloads and cached files. Pull down to refresh the figure.

Download strategy

Controls how audio files are downloaded for offline use. This setting primarily affects performance — on older or lower-spec Android devices, Auto or Safe mode is recommended.

AutoAutomatically chooses between Safe and Fast based on your device.
SafeDownloads one file at a time — recommended for older or lower-spec devices.
FastDownloads multiple files in parallel — best for newer, higher-spec devices.

Tap the current strategy to open the selector and choose a different one.

> Tip: If the app crashes during downloads, switch to Safe mode.

Managing storage

Remove downloads

Removes all downloaded arrangements from your device to free up space. Your favourites and group memberships are not affected — you can re-download arrangements at any time.

  1. Tap Remove download.
  2. Tap Remove to confirm.

Clear cache

Frees up space by clearing temporary cached data. Your downloaded arrangements are not affected.

  1. Tap Clear cache.
  2. Tap Clear to confirm.

Delete all downloaded data

Removes all downloaded arrangements, cached files, and all local app storage. This is the most thorough cleanup option.

> Warning: This action may sign you out of the app.

  1. Tap Delete all downloaded data.
  2. Tap Delete to confirm.
