Downloading for offline use

> Mobile only: Offline downloads are only available in the mobile app.

Save playlists and individual arrangements to your device so you can listen without an internet connection. Downloads are managed from My Library.

Download a full playlist

  1. Open My Library and tap the playlist you want to download.
  2. Tap the Download Offline button (the download icon below the cover image).
  3. A circular progress ring fills as arrangements are saved. The label shows how many arrangements have been downloaded and the overall percentage (e.g. Downloading 3/12 β€’ 47%).
  4. When all arrangements are saved, the label changes to Playlist downloaded.

> Note: Only one playlist can download at a time. If another playlist is already downloading, you will see a message asking you to wait.

Download an individual arrangement

  1. Tap the β‹― button on the arrangement row (in a playlist or in the Arrangements view).
  2. Tap Download.

Remove a playlist download

  1. Open the playlist.
  2. Tap the download icon below the cover image.
  3. Tap Remove downloads to delete all saved files for that playlist.

Alternatively, tap More options on the playlist, then tap Manage Downloads and confirm.

Remove an individual arrangement download

  1. Tap the β‹― button on the arrangement row.
  2. Tap Remove download.

Redownload a playlist

If a playlist has been updated with new arrangements, missing ones are downloaded automatically when you open it. To force a full redownload:

  1. Open the playlist.
  2. Tap the download icon.
  3. Tap Redownload.

Find your downloaded playlists

  1. Tap My Library.
  2. Tap the Downloaded filter badge in the filter bar to see only playlists saved offline.

Tips

  • A Wi-Fi connection is recommended for large playlists to avoid using mobile data.
  • Downloaded arrangements are available across the full app, not only in My Library.
  • Downloaded arrangements can be managed separately from the Offline screen in your Profile settings.
