Configure how arrangements play back on your device, including default mixer volumes and the maximum number of simultaneous recordings.
How to open Playback settings
- Open the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Playback in the menu.
Default mixer settings
Set default volume levels for each voice type. When you open an arrangement, these defaults are applied automatically to matching voice types — so you do not have to adjust the mixer every time.
- Tap Default Mixer Settings.
- Select a voice type from the picker, or use Quick add to add common combinations:
- SATB — Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass
- Lead/Back — Lead and Background
- Click/Guide — Click track and guide voice
- Bass — Bass voice only
- Drag the volume slider for each voice type to set its default level.
- To remove a default, tap the remove button next to the voice type.
Changes are saved automatically.
Max enabled recordings
Limits how many individual recordings (stems) can be active at once in the arrangement mixer.
- Drag the slider to set a value between 1 and 16.
- The default is 8.
> Note: Older or lower-spec devices may perform better with a lower value. A recording is sometimes called a stem.
