Settings

Profile settings let you change the app language, control which emails you receive, and permanently delete your account.

How to open Settings

> On web: Click Profile in the main navigation, then select the Settings tab.

> On mobile: Language is under Content & Display and notification preferences are under Notifications β€” both accessible from the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Language

Choose your preferred app language. The change takes effect immediately and updates the entire app interface.

Available languages: English, Swedish, German, Spanish, Norwegian, and French.

> On web: Select your language from the Language dropdown in the Settings tab.

> On mobile: Tap Content & Display, then tap the language selector and choose your preferred language. See Content & Display for more details.

Email notifications

> On web: Two toggles are available in the Settings tab: > - Notification emails β€” activity in your account and groups (e.g. new posts, replies). > - News and update emails β€” news about new content and upcoming features. > Both toggles save automatically.

> On mobile: Email notification preferences are managed under Notifications in the Profile tab. See Notifications for details.

Delete my account

> Web only: Account deletion is available from the web app Settings tab.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your account data and content will be removed.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
  2. Click Delete my account.
  3. Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the account and all its content will be removed.
  4. Click Delete my account to proceed to a final confirmation.
  5. Click Delete my account now to complete the deletion.

You are logged out immediately after deletion. Click Cancel at any step to go back safely.
