Change or verify your email address

> Web only: Email address changes are managed from the web app.

Your email address is used to sign in and receive important notifications. Keep it verified and up to date from your Profile.

We Are Voice requires a verified email address to use all features. If your email is not verified, a banner will remind you at the top of the page.

How to verify your email address

If your email is not yet verified, a banner displays Your email is not verified.

  1. Click Click here to verify email in the banner.
  2. A 6-digit verification code is sent to your current email address.
  3. Enter the code in the Enter your 6-digit verification code field.
  4. Click Verify code.

If the code expires or you did not receive it, click Resend code to request a new one. You can resend after 60 seconds.

How to change your email address

  1. Go to Profile in the main navigation.
  2. Make sure the Profile tab is selected.
  3. Click Change or Verify or change next to your email address.
  4. Enter your new email address in the New email address field.
  5. Click Save changes.
  6. A 6-digit verification code is sent to the new address.
  7. Enter the code and click Verify code to confirm the change.

Tips

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the verification code.
  • You can request a new code by clicking Resend code (available after 60 seconds).
  • Once verified, you are returned to your profile automatically.
