The Members tab shows everyone in the group. All members can browse the list. Administrators can also approve join requests, change member roles, and remove members.
Opening the Members tab
> On mobile: > 1. Go to the Groups tab and make sure the correct group is active. > 2. Tap Members in the sub-navigation bar.
> On web: > 1. Click My library in the top navigation, then click the Groups tab. > 2. Click your group's name. > 3. Click the Members tab.
Viewing members
Members are listed with their names and roles. Use the Search members bar to find a specific member by name. The total number of members is shown at the top of the tab.
Filtering the list

Approving or declining join requests (Administrators only)
- Select the Requests filter.
- Each request shows the person's name and profile picture.
- Tap or click Approve to grant Member access, or Decline to reject the request.
The person is notified of the outcome either way.
Changing a member's role (Administrators only)
> On mobile: Tap a member's row to open the context menu and select the target role: Administrator, Choirmaster, or Member. Confirm when prompted.
> On web: Click the action menu (β―) next to the member's name and select the desired role.
Available roles:
- Administrator β grants full admin access.
- Choirmaster β assigns the Choirmaster role.
- Member β sets the person as a regular member.
> Note: You cannot demote or remove yourself if you are the only Administrator. Promote another member to Administrator first.
Removing a member (Administrators only)
> On mobile: Tap the member's row to open the context menu and tap Remove from group. Confirm in the dialog.
> On web: Click the action menu (β―) next to the member's name and select Remove from group. Confirm.
The person loses access to the group immediately and can be re-invited at any time.
Leaving a group
> On web: Find yourself in the member list and select Leave group. A confirmation dialog will appear.
> On mobile: Go to the About tab, scroll to the Danger zone section, and tap Leave Group.
If you are the only Administrator, you must make at least one other member an Administrator before you can leave.
